We discussed how Diversity Lab’s programs, such as the Mansfield Rule, have evolved to adapt to changes in legal, how law firms and other legal teams engage with Diversity Lab, the challenges associated with starting new initiatives, and empowering diversity and inclusion in the legal profession.
