I spoke with Michael Tal, an attorney, who served for several years in the corporate and M&A departments of both Skadden, Arps and White & Case LLP, and the co-founder and co-CEO of BusyLamp, a provider of enterprise legal management solutions with offices in Frankfurt, Germany and New York City.
