Integrating Software to Enhance Client Satisfaction

There is an interesting trend afoot involving companies integrating different tools to enhance client service and satisfaction. I spoke with Larry Port, the co-founder of RocketMatter, a cloud-based practice management and time and billing software application, about this shift given the company’s recent release of an integration with popular note-taking tool Evernote. We discussed why the company chose to incorporate Evernote into Rocketmatter and the company’s mission to be consistently responsive to its clients. Listen to our interview below:
