I spoke with Keith Conley, the president of DTI Legal Solutions. He is member of DTI’s executive team and leads the company’s discovery operations.

He highlighted the key challenges that clients are facing in the current market, which include growing litigation portfolios, increasing data volumes, and general cost containment challenges.

We also discussed DTI’s successful acquisition strategy and Conley shared some best practices for creating a unified culture in a large organization. He noted that by expanding the influence of the acquired company and inviting new employees to get more involved in the overall operations, among other techniques, management teams can quickly create a cohesive community.
