I spoke with Gabriel Buigas, the new executive vice president and head of contracts, compliance, and commercial services at Integreon, an alternative legal and global managed services provider. We discussed how organizations are leveraging technology to manage their contracts, the contracting challenges organizations should expect in 2022, and advice for legal professionals seeking alternative career paths beyond law firms and legal departments.
I spoke with Jeff Catanzaro, the executive vice president of contracts, compliance, and commercial services at Integreon, a global managed services provider, and Ajay Agrawal the co-founder and chairman of SirionLabs, a provider of artificial intelligence-powered contract lifecycle management technology. We discussed the partnership between Integreon and SirionLabs, why the contract lifecycle management sector has become so popular, how the pandemic has impacted the growth of contract lifecycle management, and whether corporate legal departments are taking a greater interest in leveraging technology to solve business problems.
I spoke with Bob Rowe and Jamie Berry, the CEO and litigation business unit leader, respectively, at Integreon, a provider of alternative legal services. We discussed the technology and workflow strategies necessary to rapidly transform a global company into a completely remote workforce, how to effectively protect client-sensitive documents and communications in that environment, and where the legal industry is headed in light of the current crisis.

We discussed Integreon’s new Cyber Incident Response initiative, how cyber incident response differs from cyber or data breach response, the types of matters for which cyber incident response is best suited, and how this area is developing.
I spoke with Alma Asay, the chief innovation officer for Integreon, an alternative legal services provider, which acquired Allegory, a cloud-based litigation management platform that she founded.
We discussed her new role at Integreon, the highs and lows of starting a legal tech company, how the hierarchy of people, process, and technology has changed, projected advancements in litigation management, and guidance on the changing nature of the legal tech community, among other topics.
I spoke with Bob Gogel, the CEO of Integreon, a leading legal process outsourcing firm serving both global law firms and corporations. Prior to joining Integreon in 2011, he was the CEO of Enrich, an employee benefits consultancy, and has held positions on the executive boards of AXA Group and Siemens Business Services GmbH. We discussed why legal processing outsourcing has become so attractive to law firms and corporations, Integreon’s new global delivery center in Austin, offshoring and onshoring preferences, and data security best practices. We also spoke about the 2015 ILTA conference, emerging trends in the legal profession, and where the practice of law is headed in the next few years.
